What's more important to Vladimir Putin than sticking up for Tehran at the UN Security Council?

Getting paid.

Update:  The folks at Stratfor think this particular aspect of Iran's nuke program will never be completed while Putin's still in office; the moment it's completed, Moscow loses a good bit of its leverage over Tehran.
