05/07/10 Stockholm, Sweden – Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) was on Fox News yesterday, discussing Greece and describing how the financial crisis has become a currency crisis… which is much worse. He sees an attack on the dollar in terms of gold, and has no doubt that the currency crisis is a worldwide problem.
Referring to whether or not Greece-like riots could take place in the US he says:
“Absolutely, there’s going to be anger. There’s going to be riots in the streets as well. But this is all a consequence of the fact of why and how government could spend like this. It’s because they don’t have sound money.
“When we run up deficits, we tax, but never enough. We can’t tax, it would ruin the economy. Then we borrow, and we get away with that for a long time. But, we rely on printing presses from the Federal Reserve to create money and that’s where the problem is [...] we can’t have fake money, this is counterfeit.”

As for Ron Paul => better start paying attention to the details of his arguments; His Wisdom Is Evident To The Logical And Reasoned Mind.
Actually, I commend and compliment Mr. Vega. It is an art in itself to scan world publications and find those which have relevance to the e-letter and to comment on them. In addition, occasional postings of videos and political/economic cartoons add a diversity to the overall publication. Bravo!
Is Greece broke? Looks like a lot of well fed, well dressed folks out for some entertainment, with the fire and smoke looking like an unfortunate accident.

It has always been an illusion and the belief carried on by false agreements by those participating in the “Grand Illusion” that something of value is equal and worth by said same participants wither it be shells, feathers, paper, stones, or metals. Hmmm…Ron Paul on Fox. They blackballed him during the 2008 primaries. Wouldn’t interview him after the debate they sponsored. Talked with the 5 other assembled jackasses and vipers, but made it a point to exclude him. Wouldn’t mention his name or give his vote totals on their tally boards. He was an electoral non-person. Libertarians are used to that sort of thing, but it was very Soviet, nonetheless.
I guess now that Dr. Paul’s been proven correct on every score and his following has increased rather than faded away, they feel the need to fill the truth vacuum over at Fox with the genuine article.

MSNBC, CNN, PBS, and CNBC are even worse, but then again, when it comes to looking for truth and integrity in broadcasting, it’s like trying to find the most honest man in a roomful of thieves.
