05/26/10 Stockholm, Sweden – The market has seen some rough waters over the past weeks, but the Gulf of Mexico has seen dirtier ones. While it’s easy to want to squarely place blame on BP, they’ve clearly shown a propensity to spread blame as widely as possible.
