Lesson learned

If indeed, by day's end, Paul Wolfowitz will be forced out as head of the World Bank, there's a lesson about official Washington's value system:  It is a greater sin to commit blatant acts of nepotism (not just the thing with his girlfriend, either) than to have a seminal role in launching an immoral, ill-conceived "preventive" war on spurious grounds in the service of crackpot ideology.

Update:  He's still hanging in there late Friday, but words like this can be the kiss of death.
