Flashpoints everywhere

So much for the India-Pakistan nuclear standoff easing up.  Now India's government is blaming Pakistan's ISI intelligence agency for the train bombings in Mumbai.

And then there's the Caucasus crisis.  Seems Moscow is postponing its plans to shutter its bases in Georgia.

Not that the markets will be paying attention for a while.  But once they do, just remember where you saw it first.
