So much time has been spent on designing financial reform legislation that seems unlikely to do any good.
The banks will simply find ways to get around it in such a fashion that will spawn a new batch of innovative mutant financial products to lurk in the system… and it’s the ones we can’t even imagine yet that are bound to be the worst.
