AboutD. W. MacKenzie:
D. W. MacKenzie is an assistant professor at Carroll College. After teaching as a graduate student at the University of Connecticut, he taught as an instructor at Kean University during the 1990's. Since 1999, Doug has worked at George Mason University, Ramapo College, SUNY Plattsburgh, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and Ohio Northern University. Dr. MacKenzie has a Ph.D. Economics from George Mason University and specializes in the economics of wars, the economic history of financial crises, and long term fiscal burdens.
