great piece on people&#039;s pov wrt spending/saving. people are changing their relationship w/money; maybe 2 or 3 years ago usa savings rate was negative -5% or so. it is now almost +5% and appears to be going much higher. gee, the japanese savings rate is in the 30% level and as i remember, china&#039;s people save even more.
