It is time for a retreat. A retreat is the notion of removing one self from one’s own usual environment in order to become immersed in a particular subject. A corporate retreat can be taken for problem solving or creative reflection and introspection. It can either be a time of solitude for the corporate employee or a community experience. Corporate retreats with a spiritual vision can greatly help corporate leaders and team members in evaluating their corporate social responsibility. No direct relationship exists between the state of the economy and moral standards. The growth of an economy does not necessarily lead to a rise in moral standards.
