Great article and thanks for the updated information.  I do not see much written about the health or unhealth of the housing market in Texas or other states.  I have been curious as to why most information on various sites continue to focus on the four states that everyone knows has had the problems for the longest, i.e. California, Florida, Arizona and Nevada.  An article specific to Texas would be great. Thank you.
