It seems obvious to me that tax rates will have to return to the 94% level for the ubber-rich in the USA since they have already destroyed the middle-class and sent their jobs overseas, while making most of the country homeless and jobless? Ironically the ultra-rich the only ones left in the USA with any disposable income or savings will get stuck with paying the taxes and the "bill" for our liberal economic polices of fighting wars and paying for them with "credit" while giving the rich a tax refund and holiday under the last 20 yrs of suicidal economic leadership. Don't ya think? What goes around comes around, or in the words of the bible; " God is not mocked for what so ever you sow that will you also reap!"
