amoss&#039; publisher is claiming that he predicts that bank of montreal is on the ropes - at the very least it will suspend its dividend....possibly a bankruptcy in the making....</description>

the fdic predicament is probably worse than advertised as many of the losses which the fdic agreed to accept in exchange for bigger banks to takeover failed banks have yet to hit its books....</description>
