As I was writing him a ticket the driver told me, "but I slowed down". So I got out my nightstick and started hitting him over the head with it. Then I said to the driver, "Do you want me to stop? Or slow down?"“ What does this have to do with job losses? I don't know, but let me hit you over the head with a club and ask you if you want unemployment rate to stop or slow down."
