		<description>Most of what you say made sense to me except it is unclear why you allocate dollar rise to risk aversion. Buying dollars is very very risky and those who are buying should not be very happy about it.

If risk aversion was dominant issue then people should shy away from dollar. People are averse to buying AUD for same reasons.
