		<description>You&#039;re almost certainly right about the dollar&#039;s prospects, but exactly what did you have to smoke before you came up with the notion that there would be growth in Europe? On what basis is such growth predicated? Europe has a rapidly declining, rapidly eldering population, and their debt situation is no better than America&#039;s. Europe simply isn&#039;t situated to do anything but hamper the world recovery unless it can find a way to repudiate its own debt, divest itself of its pension programs, and start growing human beings again. Absent that, the continent has no way to compete with Asia.</description>
