Whaddya thinkin here, Government Institutionalizes Dysfunction and funds it and incentivizes it and bails it out while the public is entertained by raising the level of fear. I mean gosh, if government found solutions to things, it might not be justified and that wouldn't be prudent, wouldn't be right.
