But "hope", otherwise known as "Best Intentions run on Reserve Currency Status"...springs eternal and so one is therefore directed to Mencken who asserted: "Every normal man must be tempted at times to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag and begin slitting throats"...Metaphorically speaking of course, we wouldn't want to be impolitic.
