Please someone at The Daily Reckoning, your new Archives section is a disaster. I enjoy re reading Bill Bonners previous articles, but the new archive format has turned this into an exercise in extreme frustration.
Could someone with an organised rationally inclined brain please organise the archive by author in chronological order. Please.

First of all, congratulations with your 10th anniversary!
The archives are not the same anymore now your website has changed.
In the previous version (only yesterday), it was easy to access daily main articles (by Bill Bonner). It was a nice chronological list.
Now I do not find these daily articles anymore in the archives (for example yesterday’s one: “Return to Magic Mountain”).
Can you indicate where these are currently archived, or include an archive in the “old” fashion?

Best regards,

Gerard

I like the new format. Kudos to your webmaster!

Mr. Bonner finally put the last piece in the puzzle for me. To wit, from the Guardian:
“In particular, having governments buy distressed assets from the banks, or provide loan guarantees, is not an effective solution. It does not reduce the volume of debt, or force recognition of losses. It merely re-denominates private sector obligations to be met by households and firms as public ones to be met by the taxpayer. “

Acme Bank & Loan can only go so far in getting deadbeats to repay the loan.
Government, however, has the dungeon. Pay or rot! That's why private debt is being converted to public debt, to force repayment via taxes and fines. Uncle Sugar has become Wall Street's repo man!

Thank you again, Mr. Bonner.

You should be aware that the price behavior of gold during deflation and inflation has been studied by academics and there is no correlation. Market prices are caused by people making decisions; fear of loss, fear of further loss, and a lack of a credible alternative are quite sufficient to drive gold prices; with or without inflation. The gold bullion market is quite small compared to the Bond market, for instance.

The maybe this, maybe that is a problem for me. I want to know what to do, and you, Bill Bonner, with your ever so testosteronic chin won't tell me, (should have known by your name what sort of person you are). Whimpering, I plead, "please tell me what to do", and yet I know you won't, DAMN!

Like the new website design. Bill, you may want to re-write "About Bill Bonner". But I'm happy to hear you have "garnered camaraderie".

Terrific new format!

Side note: When the IOUSA book first came out some accused it of spreading "doom and gloom." Now I wonder if it doesn't need an update already - events have surpassed it; it is nowhere near gloomy enough.
