Yeah, I know he’s peddle to the metal and I’m cheaper than you are, LAinvestorgirl.

I just enjoy the rant (which is why he’s given space in this repetitive rag (well, it can’t be a “rag” — it’s on-line).

I don’t subscribe because the junk email drives me crazy, but I drop by now and again to refresh my feelings of inadequacy at not owning bales of gold futures, barrels of oil and bags of silver.

Well, I do own a little of each but — you know but, right.

Hey Mo!

I have a burning question for you. Is Bill Bonner paying you for the comments that account for at least 75% of the draw to the DailyReckoning?

If not, your Getting Massively Screwed (GMS) because I’d be glad to pay you a reasonable fee – say – well A Reasonable Amount (ARA) to subscribe to your comments on a regular basis.

One caveat. You must exhibit a better sense of humor, after all, who cares about an analyst/commentator who screams, “We’re All Freaking Doomed!” (WAFD) all the time!

this is why the constitution expressly established gold and silver as money – not fiat currency managed by banks….but the constitution has been history since 1933 and no one even whimpered….

the reason why more bonds were bought is because the treasury and federal reserve manipulate the price of gold down to prevent it as acting as a corrective against profligate banksters and other crooks in the treasury department carrying water for goldman sachs and jpmorganchase…..remember the treasury department is literally owned by them….

until the manipulation of gold prices by the treasury ends, this spending orgy will never end.

Am I missing something? If the FED is a private organization made up of banks, won’t it mean that in the end they will be holding a bunch of worthless bonds? At the very least devalued bonds and US treasuries they have bought with their new printed money? Do they really expect to be paid! They can’t be that stupid.
