He committed the same corrupt actions of so many other heads of business. Namely, manipulating the board of directors into increasing his stock options and then knowingly profiting at a time when his company was failing. Through outright dishonesty and deceit Nacchio gained and (you guessed it!) shareholders lost...BIG TIME! I find it hard to believe that you would defend the actions of former Quest CEO Nacchio.
