Who says anyone in the current administration and congress is really trying to fix the problem. I think it's a wholesale grab of money before the general public wakes up. This congress is saying, the Republicans grabbed money for the last eight years, now it's our turn. Proof of this is all the pet Democrat projects and earmarks in the stimulus and new budget. Further proof is the stealth and speed of these bills. Don't let the details go public and get them passed before anyone has a chance to criticize.
