Hi Mike,

You can buy stock in oil cos. of course, but you knew that.
Or you can buy ETFs that track oil, petrol, etc, depending on
what you are interested in. Im in an ETF that moves 2x the price of oil, up and down. There are others that do lesser and greater..
Or if youre John Denver, you install a huge tanker buried in your
back yard. To each their own I suppose. There are more ways, but these are good starting places..

I have managed to buy a little gold and silver, Thank God, and they are in a vault at my bank. But would some kind gent (or even the incomparable Mogambo Guru himself) please tell me how on earth one buys oil. I know it sounds like a daft question, and I’m sorry to have to ask it.

Bors & lost and found are idiots.

Many investors like me and probably most Austrian types are praying and longing for the day that we can go out and buy solid dividend yielding stocks within a stable monetary setting. I cant wait till the day I can dump my gold. But when the RESERVE CURRENCY OF THE WORLD is being destroyed by KEYNESIAN SCUM what the hell do you suggest to do other then buy gold and oil ?

You score 100% on naming the Keynesian-Krugman-Kin Killers (KKK) as the real economic villans through the ages and Von Mises as the only one who got that part right. Thanks!

But you have stated only a half truth.
The other half is that Economics is a Moral issue, and that Philosopher/Author Ayn Rand is the only one who got both halves right! Anyone trying to grapple with the madness going on in the world might vist – or revist – her books.
