I would pay the payment every month and still do even after filing bankruptcy, I owe this huge debt because it is in their name and I could not include it as my debt (even though it is). Is there anything I can do? Im a young mother and this payment every month is killing me. Im not going to not pay this because it is my parents and they need to live in their home! What can I do?
