His conviction on investment fraud charges stem from his involvement with the notorious "Cyprus Funds" ponzi scheme of the early 2000's. He fled the country to Peru and reinvented himself as "enrico orlandini" and with his new identity has proceeded to again fleece many trusting victims out of millions.   Legal initiatives are being pursued by some who have realized his true identity and history, and have been unable to recover any part of their investments through his own contractual protocols, however the hurdles to a successful recovery of investment funds are great, in this case largely owing to his living outside of the USA.  If you can help in any way to either provide information or legal help in this matter it would be appreciated greatly. At least, if you can, please spread the word so that further innocent investors are not taken in by this clever con man.
