		<description>Very good post, but you have to include Canada.  We are legally bound to continue supplying the US regardless of domestic needs by NAFTA.  Don&#039;t forget that Canada imports 50% of the amount we export for consumption on the East coast.  A severe shock to the USA  supply would also affect the Canadian supply.</description>
