Wally said

Can we expect the regular retinue of avant garde radical leftists that hate capitalism?

What would a global economic forum be without the anarchists, environmental terrorists, marxist-socialists, nanny statist code pink feminists, SEIU union workers, ACORN community activists, and other such detritus that live off the backs of hard working individuals the world over.

I hope we see plenty of Che Guevara t-shirts along with Chairman MaoBama posters.

Rise proletariat and take your rightful place, or is it leftful place

People keep looking at (small piece of) data from markets and they fugure its a recovery. What they miss is the big picture. I know a guy who went bankrupt last year. He told me: I kept borrowing from one source to pay the other, i sold some real state, but overall people never suspected i was going broke; i kept throwing expensive parties, taking expensive vacations (aka. data for the onlookers). When it exploded, all my friends were quite surprised. But you seemed to be oing so well, they said. They were looking at particular data, but missing the big picture: the guy's lifestyle wasnt sustainable. Did you get the metaphor, Harry?

John,

We figured that much. Even the most retarded of the retards wasn't going to repeat their last bubble mistake (and the bubble before that, and the one before that, and the one...) while beating their chests over how well they've recovered.

Or so we think. Right?

my brother has asked me to thank you for all the stock you bought during the last 2 months ... he sold everything he had (and much more ...) last Wednesday between 14.15 and 14.45 EST ... well, all right, I'm not really Harry's brother, but the rest is all true ... :-)

"The inflation/deflation debate is hot… It crackles and pops like a pine fire. But it gives off little helpful light."

Loved that.

Watch great economic numbers tomorrow, especially Durables. After good reports after reports, will finally throw in the towel tomorrow after strong numbers? You should because the same drivel every day is making you look rather foolish.

Thanks again Bill for the heads up article. If more people were tuned in to the Day of Reckoning crew they may of avoided some financial pain. The thought of a depression scares the hell out of me, but it's something we all have to face up too.
